Rachel Greenblatt

Creator and Artistic Director

Rachel Greenblatt is a Philadelphia born creator and aerialist.  In 2013, she created Aura: an exploration of epilepsy expressed through the movement of circus arts.  It was this production that ignited her desire to help improve the lives of others and make an impact on society through performing arts.  Rachel has completed internships at Cirque du Soleil and The Box NYC of Variety Worldwide, and is currently a creative production intern at Superfly Presents.  Rachel will graduate New York University this Spring with a B.A. in Performance Studies and minors in Producing from the Tisch School of the Arts and a minor in Business, Entertainment, Media, and Technology from the Stern School of Business.  Anecdoche will be her first New York based production.

Dylan Tashjain

Producer and Assistant Director

Dylan Tashjian is a New York and North Carolina based creator.  He is the founder and Creative Director of the Hickory Playground, a non-profit theater company based in North Carolina dedicated to investing in the arts in communities around the country by nurturing new, multi-disciplinary work and supporting the arts in public education.  Under his wing, the Hickory Playground has been able to produce 17 original projects while donating over $13,000 back to the arts in public schools over the past two years. In New York, Dylan has been a part of over 30 projects as a producer, actor, and director. He is an artistic associate at Long Island City Artists and an Artistic Intern at Clubbed Thumb theater company.  In 2018, he has produced and directed Waiting for Dave Franco: The Urban Outfitters Musical at the Hudson Guild Theater, produced The Last Tape at 13th Street Repertory Theatre, acted in Phoebe in Winter at Tisch, and has been a creative consultant on numerous other projects.  This January, he traveled to Accra, Ghana to write a thesis and study wealth disparity in a global context in an effort to develop strategies to make art more readily available in under-served American communities.  Dylan will graduate New York University this Spring with a B.F.A. in Drama from the Tisch School of the Arts as well as a minor in Business, Entertainment, Media, and Technology from the Stern School of Business.

Mckenzie Mullan

Choreographer

Mckenzie Mullan was born in South Jersey where she began her dance training at Adams Dance Academy.  At 14, Mckenzie left the competition sphere to attend The Rock School for Dance Education. She spent two years driving back and forth to the Rock in Philadelphia before moving to New York City at 16 to attend the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet.  While there, she finished her high school education through the George Washington University Online High School. Mckenzie then began her college career at New York University, studying dance through the Tisch School of the Arts and journalism through the Arther L. Carter Journalism Institute.  During her time at Tisch, Mckenzie has had the opportunity to perform works by Paul Taylor, Ron K. Brown, Jeremy Nelson, and her fellow dancers, as well as study abroad at NYU Berlin. She can also be found in Jordan Matter’s book Dancers After Dark.
